• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Processing time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs procedures for international shipments.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We offer standard and express shipping depending on your location.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Within West Bengal: 2–5 business days
• Other regions in India: 5–10 business days
• International (outside India): 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
• International shipping charges vary by country and may include customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Free domestic shipping may be offered for orders above a specified value; international free shipping may not be available.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
• You can track your order using the carrier’s website or our order tracking page.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.
• In case of lost shipments during transit, we will work with the carrier to locate the package or provide a replacement/refund as applicable.

If an item is received damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
