At Destino Darjeeling, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how international customers can cancel orders and request refunds, including timelines, shipping, and customs considerations.

2. Order Cancellation

• International orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
• To cancel an order, contact our support team via email with your order number and country of delivery.
• Once an international order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Returns must follow our international return process.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable for cancelled orders, returned items, or shipments lost/damaged during international transit.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all labels/tags attached.
• Certain items are non-refundable internationally, including perishable goods, personal care products, and customized items.

4. Refund Process

• Once your cancellation or return is approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days due to international banking and currency conversion.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
• Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

5. International Returns & Shipping

• Customers are responsible for international return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage for international returns.
• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Exchanges

• We can replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
• To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order details and photos of the issue.
